Defective Items

Any damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to sales@polarpenguin.ca within 72 hours after the order is delivered.

Exchanges & Returns​

We accept exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. Only items with original package and condition will be accepted.

Exchanges or returns made after 14 days of delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Opened cases and used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
